Fascias & Soffits
AWC (UK) Ltd can help to provide you with the complete roofline system. The roofline is the most vulnerable area of a building - exposed to all weather conditions. Additionally, blocked gutters can result in water overflowing onto timber fascias and causing them to rot. There is a permanent cure which not only removes the worry of expensive timber replacement but eliminates entirely the need for repainting.
The fascias & soffits supplied and installed by AWC (UK) Ltd are made from PVC-u and are low maintenance, durable and robust. The material used is ideal for those parts of a building which have to resist sun, rain, frost and wind. Once installed, the only maintenance required is an occasional wash with soapy water.
Cladding
External cladding makes an attractive alternative to brickwork, render or other materials. Once again, PVC-u materials need minimal maintenance and will last for the life of the building.
There is a choice of traditional styles and a range of colours in addition to the perenially popular white. Unlike timber, PVC-u cladding will not warp, peel, crack or rot and will never need a coat of paint.
